Supply of Service

Term Of Service

The specific term of service for each individual project will be agreed upon by both parties and outlined in a separate agreement. We will work diligently to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe and meet your expectations.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the services provided, including but not limited to website design, content, and optimisation strategies, will remain the property of our company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if either party fails to fulfil their obligations or breaches the terms of this agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments will be settled as per the separate payment terms agreement.

Payment

Payment frequency, amount, and terms will be outlined in a separate SLA or Statement of Work for the individual project in question, and agreed upon by both parties prior to the commencement of any project.

Amendments

Any amendments or modifications to this Supply of Service agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
